Timed quotes include ALL fees for LOCAL moves for loading, hauling and unloading.  Time starts upon arrival at your 1st address and ends after the last item is unload.

All truck sizes include 2 movers, blankets, dolly and free released value protection insurance.

The minimum time for each truck size is usually enough to complete the move without going over.  Less than 20% require additional time.

The rate includes free released value protection insurance for the items being transported.  A labor service of moving items that are not being transported or any labor service other than loading, hauling and unloading is not included in the rate since insurance only applies to items being transported.  You may add side labor at the rate of $60 per 20 minute increment.

Packing and wrapping is not included, however, the trucks do come equipped with blankets for use while stacking the truck.

EACH AREA (COLUMBUS, CINCINNATI, DAYTON) HAVE THEIR OWN BASE RATES.  CLICK ON THE BOOK ONLINE AND SELECT THE AREA TO SEE AVAILABLE TRUCK SIZES AND RATES.  EACH TRUCK SIZE COMES WITH A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RATE.  THE MINIMUM TIME GIVEN IS USUALLY ENOUGH TO COMPLETE THE MOVE.

***OVERTIME:  Over the allotted time for each truck size, add $40 per each 20 minute increment with 2 movers, or $60 per 20 minute increment with 3 movers.  

***The set rates for timed moves include the fees for one truck load.  If a 2nd load is needed, time restarts upon arrival at your 1st address with a new rate minimum, so be sure to book the correct truck size to hold your items in one load.  If you are unsure, use the chat feature to get advice or on your request to book form, list the items to be moved and the quote manager will recommend a truck size.  

***Travel Fees (mileage for maintenance/depreciation, fuel, mover's road time).  Up to 30 miles is reduced to $0 per mile.  Over 30 total miles (from our truck parking to your addresses and back to our truck parking), add $3.89 per mile.  

***200 pound weight limit per item if stairs are involved or 300 pounds if no stairs are involved.  Typically items that are over this weight are Pianos, hot tubs, large safes, large marble top furniture.
